Just watch some of the old westerns and get some ideas from some of the most rugged outlaws there was in the movies. It seems that all you need to do is grow out some stubble and smoke a cigar. You can find a fake cigar to add to the costume instead of using a real cigar. If you’re not a cigar smoker, cigars get wet when you have them in your mouth for too long and then they begin to get soggy. If you don’t smoke tobacco, it can get pretty disgusting, plus smoking is bad for you anyway.

If you can’t grow stubble on your own, you can easily add this element by using some make up. You can also get some good ideas from past gunslingers, such as Wild Bill Hickok, Billy the Kid, Doc Holliday, Jesse James, and tons more that could be mentioned here.

A gunslinger, also known as a gun fighter is a name that came from the 20th century and was used a lot in the movies and books that referred to the people in the old west that were the ones that were dangerous and tricky with a gun.

The name was used for people who were hired to kill people, but then became a name for an outlaw, a robber, or some sort of murderer from the old west. Some gunfighters could also be seen as the sheriff of the town, someone who’s avenging the death of somebody, or someone who is trying to bring peace to a town.

In some of the movies, gunfights consisted of meeting up at sunrise and having two men square off. This was actually rarely the case. Gunfights were spur of the moment and with someone drawing their gun, while the other draws. It was usually a shoot out with people running frantically. If two gunslingers were well known, they would do everything they could to avoid each other in fear of being killed. The gunfights were usually with people of lesser gun skills than the other. Famous gunslingers were usually killed in ambush rather than like the movies where they die in a blaze of glory. If they didn’t die in this sort of manner, usually disease or age killed them.
